PHP 1.1M drug bust: Six nabbed in Central Luzon

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga – Six drug suspects, including a high-value target, were arrested in back-to-back anti-narcotics operations in Bulacan and Bataan, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) reported on Friday, February 1.

In a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bagong Buhay I, San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, police operatives apprehended four suspects identified only by their aliases: “Jeff,” “Win,” “Vin,” and “Mitch.” Authorities confiscated 70 grams of suspected shabu worth P476,000, a black coin purse, and P1,000 in marked bills. Another suspect, alias “Okong,” remains at large.

Meanwhile, in Barangay Tenejero, Balanga City, Bataan, police arrested a high-value drug target, alias “Lan.” The operation yielded 100 grams of suspected shabu worth P680,000, a Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver with five live rounds, and drug paraphernalia.

PRO3 Regional Director Brigadier General Jean Fajardo commended the operatives for their efforts.
