PRO3 drug crackdown: 914 arrested, PHP 26M seized

PAMPANGA, Philippines – The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) intensified its anti-drug operations in January 2025, arresting 914 drug suspects and seizing illegal substances worth over PHP 26 million across Central Luzon.

A total of 619 operations led to the confiscation of 3,764.19 grams of shabu, 4,952.10 grams of marijuana, and 26.24 grams of kush, with an estimated street value of PHP 26,230,124.82. Authorities said these busts dealt a major blow to drug syndicates operating in the region.

Regional Director PBGEN Jean S. Fajardo vowed to sustain the aggressive crackdown, stressing that Central Luzon will remain a hostile ground for drug traffickers.

“This is more than just law enforcement—it’s a fight for our communities’ safety and future. We will not stop,” Fajardo said.
