APALIT, Pampanga – Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda led the groundbreaking ceremony for two major infrastructure projects in Barangay Balucuc: a two-story multipurpose building and a covered court.
The Pampanga provincial government allocated ₱3.97 million for the multipurpose building, while the covered court—featuring a reinforced concrete slab and bleachers—has a total budget of ₱8.56 million.
Mayor Jun Tetangco expressed gratitude to the provincial government for funding the initiatives, which aim to enhance community facilities in Balucuc.
Also present at the ceremony were Special Assistant to the Governor Angelina Blanco, Provincial Engineer Noli Pangan, Board Member Jun Canlas, Vice Mayor Peter Nucom, members of the Sangguniang Bayan, Barangay Balucuc officials, and Minalin Mayor Philip Naguit.
