Cebu Pacific expands Clark hub with four new routes

CLARK FREEPORT—Cebu Pacific continues to strengthen its Clark hub operations with the launch of four new routes, offering daily flights to Masbate, Siargao, and El Nido, as well as twice-daily flights to Coron (Busuanga). This expansion aims to enhance connectivity and boost tourism in key domestic destinations.

The airline has seen significant growth in passenger capacity at Clark International Airport, increasing from 33,000 seats in April 2023 to 167,000 seats in April 2025—marking a 118% increase. Cebu Pacific now operates 11 domestic and four international routes from Clark, solidifying its role as a major player in regional air travel.

During the launch event, Cebu Pacific executives, along with key government and aviation officials, highlighted the airline’s commitment to making Clark a premier gateway for travelers. Present at the event were LIPAD President Noel Manankil, CAAP Acting Director General Lt. Gen. Raul del Rosario, Civil Aeronautics Board Executive Director Carmelo Arcilla, DOTr Undersecretary Jim C. Sydiongco, and Cebu Pacific Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer Candice Iyog.
