Angeles City– This city’s Tourism Office headed by John Montances with the Culture and Arts Council of Angeles City and Sinukwan Kapampangan chaired by Peter De Vera has gathered local artists here for a free concert dubbed ‘Angeles Para Sa Marawi’ at the Plaza Angel, Friday.

The young and hype cultural performers of Anak Bale Balayan, power vocals and instrumentalists of Playback and Music Soul, thr creative performers of Sinukwan and other talented Angeleños filled in the evening with perfectly-crafted artistry, leaving the audience and passers-by in total awe.

Highlighted in one of their performances is the captivating line of the song which says ‘Kung kaya ng Angeles kaya mo, Angeles, Marawi magkaibigan’.

“In return, our donors have received tickets which they can trade for any street food available in the area. This is also one way of helping our street vendors,” Montances said.

City Mayor Ed Pamintuan, his wife Herminia, Vice Mayor Bryan Matthew Nepomuceno and wife Erica, and other local officials graced the event.

“Ing sakit ning kalingkingan panandaman ne ning buung katawan. Kapatad tala pu reng tiga Marawi, anyang meg-Pinatubu dakal mu naman kareng tiga Mindanao ing sinawup kekatamu,” Pamintuan said.

The event was hosted by DJ Arnie Barnie. ACTO is inviting everyone in the upcoming Sisig Fiesta 2018 set on April 28 at Crossing here.
