ANGELES CITY — Authorities of the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO)-Station 5 seized 100 grams of shabu, amounting to P700,000 in street value, during a buy-bust operation conducted on February 23, 2020 along Sitio Kalayaan Extn., Bagong Bayan Subd., Barangay Cutcut here.
According to ACPO Director Colonel Joyce Patrick Sangalang, the suspects are included in the City’s drug watch list.
They were identified as John Michael Nunag, 27, and Michael Lee, 30.
Based on the report of ACPO Station-5 Drug Enforcement Unit operatives led by Captain Rodolfo Alonso, they have confiscated one small plastic sachet of suspected shabu, as well as one transparent ice plastic sachet containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 100 grams and a P500 marked bill from the suspects.
According to Major Rolando Doroja, Police Station-5 Commander, violation of Section 5 and Section 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 will be filed against the suspects before the Angeles City Prosecutor’s Office.
