Alviera expands Porac development, raises investment to P100B

Alviera, the large-scale mixed-use estate jointly developed by Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) and Leonio Land Holdings, Inc. (LLHI), has announced the advancement on the developments in Porac, Pampanga of P100 billion with expanded state of 1,800 hectares.

The estate is uniquely positioned to complement and propel economic activities in Central Luzon, and to nurture contemporary lifestyle by integrating residential, business, tourism, and leisure pursuits.
Alviera is seen to house 200,000 individuals, accommodate 30,000 students, generate 200,000 jobs and welcome 150,000 visitors.

Alviera’s initial residential offering through its two residential brands, the Alveo Land and Avida Land, has sold 74 percent of its phase one inventory. These residential projects appreciate values by 20 percent in the past two years. As for Ayala Land Premier, soon to be launched is the residential subdivision beside the Alviera Country Club by the last quarter of 2018.
New opportunities for investment and business will be made available through the seven-hectare commercial hub, the Alviera East Commercial.

Recently, the memorandum of agreement on the establishment of a world-class botanical garden between De La Salle Philippines. This will have 25 themed gardens, a full-scale laboratory, nurseries, greenhouses and libraries.

Alviera is also eyeing more transportation services to visitors from Clark and Angeles City.

In the next five years, Alviera will be a sustainable estate which will cater the local and international market with diverse mix of residential dwelling, commercial districts, industrial parks, institutions and leisure facilities.
