Two teenage girls have been rescued while an American national was arrested for sexual exploitation in Angeles City, Pampanga on Thursday.
The American national was identified as Robert Carlos Ramirez alias “Kyle Kalbo” Reynoso, 46, staying at Jo Carter’s Hotel and Suites in Malabanias, Angeles City; and the alleged pimp identified only with an alias “John,” of Malabanias, Angeles City.
According to the Angeles City police, the foreigner was arrested inside the Hafa Adai Court Hotel located in Bgy. Malabanias, while he was with the two young women aged 15 and 17.
According to police records, Ramirez was previously arrested for the same offense in the past.
When the Angeles City police Anti-Trafficking in Persons Task Group verified that the two suspects were seen frequenting the hotel with young women, they immediately launched an entrapment led by Angeles City police chief Lt. Col. Deonido Maniago.
Tipped by the Hafa Adai Hotel staff the suspect had checked-in at the hotel with two minor girls, the police immediately pounded on the suspect and arrested him.
The two rescued girls were subjected to a medical examination at the RLLMC and later brought to the women’s desk station for documentation and the filing of appropriate charges against the suspects.
