Mayor Edwin ‘EdSa’ Santiago on Monday awards Certificates of Commendation to Police Officers, Barangay Officials and individuals who showed active support to the city’s anti-illegal drugs and anti-criminality campaigns thus contributing to the maintenance of peace and order in San Fernando. Also present during the awarding were City Administrator Engr. Fernando Limbitco, City Local Government Operations Officer Engr. Jose Algy Canlas, and Chief of Police P/Supt. Jean Fajardo.
