BACOLOR, Pampanga – Mayor Eduardo “Diman” Datu has filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for reelection and he teamed up with the son of a former three-term mayor.
Datu’s runningmate is first Councilor Ron Dungca, son of former Bacolor three-term Mayor Romeo “Buddy” Dungca. The younger Dungca is running unopposed for vice mayor.
Datu said he serve the people of Bacolor “with love and humility like I always do.”
He vowed to continue his plans and programs as they proved to be “beneficial to the people.”
Dungca said he decided to seek the second top post of this town “because team work between the mayor and vice mayor work wonder in public service.”
The councilor candidates in their lineup are Joel Samia, Cynthia David, Carlito Laxa, Renz Canlas, Aiza Cunanan, Darwin Angeles, Steekie Blanco and Joy Rivera.
