Seven barangay captains from the City of San Fernando were recognized by the City Government of San Fernando through a City Resolution for having served as punong-barangays for three consecutive terms during the Monday’s flag raising ceremony at City Hall, Atrium. The village chiefs are Hon. Orlando Pasion (Dela Paz Sur), Hon. Alejo Singian (Lara), Hon. Romeo Dizon (Maimpis), Hon. Roberto Maglalang (Panipuan), Hon. Nestor Lingat (San Isidro), Hon. Loreto Tumang (San Jose), and Hon. Armando Bustamante (Sto. Nino). The Local Government of San Fernando recognizes their leadership, efforts, and effective governance in serving their constituents towards the progress of their respective barangay. Awarding the resolution are City Councilors Angie Hizon, Nelson Lingat and Angel Wijangco, OIC- City Administrator Engr.
