BCDA chief named Covid-19 response deputy chief implementer

In compliance with the instruction of President Rodrigo Duterte, Bases and Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) President and CEO Vivencio ‘Vince’ Dizon has been named as deputy chief implementer of the government’s response against COVID-19.

“Please be informed that Mr. Vivencio B. Dizon, president and CEO of the Bases and Conversion Development Authority and Presidential Adviser for Flagship Program and Projects, is hereby designated as deputy chief implementer of the Philippines’ declared national policy against Covid-19, effective immediately,” the memorandum inked by Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea on May 1 read.





Dizon’s appointment meant to “ensure the continuous and effective delivery of public service” amid the COVID-19 crisis in the country takes effect immediately. 

In September 2019, he was appointed Presidential Adviser for Flagship Programs and Projects.
