ANGELES CITY — Global hospitality giant Best Western International and Pampanga-based Savers Group Holdings formalized a landmark Developer Agreement on July 7, 2025, aimed at accelerating the expansion of Best Western’s hotel brands across the Philippines.
The deal appoints Savers Group as Best Western’s exclusive developer in the country, granting it rights to identify, support, and develop partner hotels under the Best Western brand family, including Best Western®, Best Western Plus®, Best Western Premier®, and SureStay® properties.

Savers Group Holdings Chairman Jaime “Jack” Uy emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership: “This agreement enables us to elevate the local travel experience with globally trusted hospitality standards. Our goal is to bring Best Western’s signature service nationwide while helping transform Central Luzon, especially Clark, into a world-class tourism hub.”
Best Western executives Olivier Berrivin, Rodney Simpson, and Cyrill Czerwonka joined the ceremonial signing alongside Savers Group leadership Jansen Ivan Uy and Justine Shaun Uy.
The partnership targets high-growth markets such as Clark, Subic, Metro Manila, and other emerging destinations, reinforcing both firms’ commitment to raising the bar in Philippine tourism and hotel development.
