BOF unveils new branding

Bank of Florida (BOF), one of the top ten rural banks in the Philippines, unveiled its new brand during the bank’s virtual launch on April 08, 2022, via its official Facebook page.

According to BOF’s Marketing Head Zabrina David Nunga, it is the right time for BOF to rebrand because the bank wants to set a new standard, especially in the digital age that rural banks like BOF can understand and keep up with the ever-changing market needs.

BOF’s brand identity will change from its former unique brown and yellow colors to a more modern blue and yellow colors which implies “stability, trust, and security as a rural bank.”

Meanwhile, the bank will maintain its Ring logo that represents the Kapampangan culture in the basultu Atin Cu Pung Singsing, while adding the element “Horizon of Hope” and other elements which represents BOF’s core values of CARING.

Though there are changes in the branding, the bank’s signature quality service remains intact on its processes and customer service.

“We are the same but better,” said Nunga.

The new branding of BOF emphasizes its role as a customer-centric bank which delivers homegrown success to its clients.

Bank of Florida is a homegrown rural bank that empowers and supports MSMEs in Central Luzon. Guided by decades of catalyzing countryside development, BOF expands its unique grassroots approach to businesses in varying stages of growth, from seasoned industry leaders to hardworking agricultural ventures, to the new generation of business.

Nunga added that she wants to impose a professional yet warm identity that is lacking among its competitors. “We are filling the gap that is missing in the industry – the professionalism that we entail as a banking institution, and a familiar warm approach that BOF is known for. A game-changer. Our goal is not to be at par but go above and beyond our competitors. Capable of innovating products while providing them with the service they deserve.”

Meanwhile, BOF President and CEO Teresa David-Carlos is happy to where the bank is bounded and looks forward to the implementation of BOF’s plans that will be for the benefit of its stakeholders.

“Bank of Florida wants to build its clients trust through providing all-inclusive customer experience backed by credibility and authority as one of the leading rural bank. Backed by nearly 60 years of experience, BOF’s expertise and mastery played a role in developing Pampanga itself. Today, BOF continues this legacy by bringing banking products & services to MSMEs inside and outside of Pampanga.

We want to you to know that we would understand you the most because we are just like you. BOF’s approach is rooted in knowing its clients deeply, coming from the same communities it serves.
