Public schools in the City of San Fernando formally kick off today the Brigada Eskwela with the theme “Pagkakaisa Para Sa Handa, Ligtas at Matatag na Paaralan Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan”.
Mayor Edwin ‘EdSa’ Santiago together with Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, City Councilor Nelson Lingat, Rotary Club of San Fernando, City Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Imelda Macaspac, Chief of School Governance and Operations Division Fernandina Otchengco, and Pampanga High School Principal Fe Rosalinda Caylao lead the formal opening of Brigada Eskwela in Pampanga High School.
Aside from classroom maintenance, the City Schools Division also conducts tree planting, school supplies trade fair, bloodletting activity, free medical/dental check-up, and legal aid through the support of the stakeholders.
Brigada Eskwela will last until June 2.
