Opposition Councilor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. hands emergency kit, trash cans and light bulbs to school officials of Angeles City National Trade School led by their principal Edna V. Tongol last May 19 as his contribution to the nationwide ‘Brigada Eskwela’ program of the Department of Education. Lazatin has been distributing trash cans made of used cooking oil cans to public schools since 2015.
