“Bago matapos ang taon ay nagkaroon tayo ng bloodletting activity upang may matipong dugo na maaaring magamit for emergency ngayong holiday season,” Zapanta said.

She said people are so busy attending festivities during holiday season especially the months of December, January and February, and couldn’t have a chance likewise to appear in such activity.
