ANGELES CITY – Art lovers should flock at the SM City Clark.
The Chan Lim painting exhibit is ongoing at the SM’s event center. It started on February 3 and it will last until February 24.
There are 260 handpainted lanterns on exhibit. The paintings were done by 13 members of the Chan Lim family and their 30 students.

“We chose to piant on lanterns because Pampanga is known for its lanterns,” said Alex Chan Lim in the press conference.
Alex said the exhibit is dedicated to the late Henry Sy Sr., owners of the SM Supermalls.
Alex also disclosed that it took them two years to prepare for the project at the SM City Clark. This is their second exhibit in
Pampanga, The first was held at the SM City Pampanga last year.
Chan Lim is an art institution. It teaches paintings to all ages and promote Chinese brush strokes.
The family gave free paintings lessons to the media and the public shortly after the launch.
