The city government of Mabalacat will utilize the ASEAN Convention Center in the Clark Freeport Zone as quarantine facility. The ASEAN Convention Center, formerly the Fontana Convention Center, was constructed in February 2016 for the ministerial meetings of the 2017 ASEAN Summit participants. The quarantine facility can accommodate 190 patients.
