CLARK FREEPORT— Clark Development Corporation (CDC), Mabalacat City Local Government Unit (LGU), Home Development Mutual Fund (Pag-IBIG), and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) have renewed their partnership to enhance government services at the One Stop Processing Center (OSPC) here.
Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, CDC’s President and CEO, emphasized the agreement adopts a whole-of-government approach, streamlining operations and expanding service offerings at the OSPC.
“By consolidating services at the OSPC, we simplify the process for our constituents, reducing their burden and enhancing their experience with government agencies available in Clark,” she said.
CDC will provide infrastructure support, while Mabalacat City LGU, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth will collaborate to ensure uninterrupted service provision.
This collaborative approach simplifies administrative processes, enables Pag-IBIG to offer housing and financing services, and allows PhilHealth to provide health insurance and related services, all in one location.
Key government officials, including Pag-IBIG’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer Alexander Hilario Aguilar, PhilHealth’s Acting Branch Manager PRO III Rowena Zabat-San Mateo, Mabalacat City’s Acting Civil Registrar Tyrone Justin Gueco, and CDC’s Assistant Vice President for External Affairs Department Rommel Narciso were present during the event.
