Central Luzon Media Association Regional President Deng Pangilinan presides the meeting of CLMA provincial presidents at the Terrace Hotel inside the Subic Freeport Zone on Tuesday. Pangilinan has lined up programs to further improve the welfare of journalists in Central Luzon.
