In line with the observation of the 39th National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week, the City Government of San Fernando through its City Social Welfare and Development Office held a meaningful celebration to recognize the persons with disabilities.
Dubbed “Karapatan Pribelehiyo ng may Kapansanan: Isakatuparan at Ipaglaban” the City Government of San Fernando, lined up some activities to uplift the image of the PWD’s, this event was held on July 18 at the Heroes Hall.
