More than 700 residents availed free medical and dental check- up and applied for Philhealth membership, PWD, Solo Parent, Senior Citizen IDS and issuance of Fernandino Access Cards.
Services also include employment trainings and livelihood seminars, admission for City College, assessment and application for Educational Scholarship Assistance Program (ESAP), free anti-rabies vaccination, distribution of seedlings, and Information Education Campaign (IEC) by the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO).
Residents of the said barangay, through the city’s partnership with Lorraine Technical School, also enjoyed pampering services such as haircut, hair spa, manicure, pedicure, and back massage.
Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago, City Councilors Angie Hizon and Nelson Lingat, barangay officials of Del Pilar headed by Captain Jerry Canlas and Nuestra Senora Del Pilar Integrated School Principal Alicia Santos lead the program.
