Local Government Unit employees in the City of San Fernando whose birthday are from April to June attend the 2nd Values Enrichment Course on June 20, 2018 at The Orchids Garden.
Anchored with the theme, “Commitment to Public Service” the quarterly activity is spearheaded by the City Human Resource and Development Office headed by Ms. Rachelle Yusi.
Bro. Obet Cabrillas, a freelance motivational speaker and life coach gives an inspirational talk to the participants by focusing on the 3 Core Values of the city, Commitment, Honesty, and Integrity.
Present during the program are Mayor Edwin ‘EdSa’ Santiago, Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, City Councilors Angie Hizon and Nelson Lingat, and OIC-City Administrator Engr. Michael Quizon.
