CSF receives P2.4M Performance Challenge Fund

The City Government of San Fernando received the P2.4 million worth Performance Challenge Fund, an incentive for achieving the 2017 Seal of Good Local Governance, given by the Department of the Interior and Local Government.

The check was handed Wednesday to Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago by DILG Provincial Director Myrvi Fabia at the City Mayor’s Office in City Hall.

Santiago said the fund will be allocated for the construction of Day Care Center in Brgy. Del Pilar.

Also present during the awarding were Councilor BJ Lagman, DILG City Director Engr. Algy Canlas, City Administrator Engr. Fernando Limbitco, Mayor’s Chief of Staff Engr. Remedios Agoncillo, City Health Officer Dr. Eloisa Aquino, City Budget Officer Ma. Gisel Rivera and City Accountant Mary Ann Bautista.
