President Rodrigo Duterte and Vice President Leni Robredo lead the 3rd Yolanda commemoration at the Holy Cross Memorial Gardens in Tacloban City, Leyte on Tuesday. Super Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan) left thousands of people dead and many others missing three years ago. The President has also ordered officials to complete the construction of new shelters for the survivors by December.
