Women residents of Barangay Poblacion attend the one-day candle making seminar organized by the Mabalacat City Association of Empowered Women, Thursday at the Barangay City Hall here. The livelihood training aims to educate women on how to mix candles from scratch and earn extra income out of these. Barangay Poblacion is headed by its chairman Elmer Mendiola.
