The Sharp Clark Hills Corporation management has clarified The Sharp Clark Hills Corporation is not connected with the JB Cresta which developed Haus D of the Clark Hills Villages.
In a letter to iOrbitNews, Jang Youngjin, Finance Manager and Director of the Sharp Clark Hills Corporation, he clarified that “The Sharp Clark Hills Condominium is developed by The Sharp Clark Hills under POSCO E&C while Clark Hills Villages is fully developed by JB Cresta.”
He said “The Sharp Clark Hills Condominium is a different property with Clark Hills Villages and any information stating otherwise is inaccurate.” “The property you are referring to is Clark Hills Villages and not The Sharp Clark Hills. These are two entirely separate and distinct property developments. We have no such complaints from any of our tenants and such situations included in the article is not happening to us.”
He reiterated that JB Cresta is not behind the development of The Sharp Clark Hills.
JB Cresta is the developer of the Clark Hills Villages.
