A total of 1,689 Senior High School students enrolled in public and private schools in the City of San Fernando received their educational assistance on December 9 at the Heroes Hall.
The awarding was led by Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago together with Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin and City Councilor Harvey Quiwa.
