FIESTA Communities, Inc., prime provider of low cost and socialized housing in North and Central Luzon and Pag-IBIG Fund’s top notch developer in Region 3 and among the top ten nationwide, opened its third housing project featuring its first single detached unit design in Tarlac.
Bannering the campaign “Gusto ko ‘to”, the latest development is home to 477 households and offers bigger two – storey units, the Couple model which comes in two and three bedroom variants and the single detached with three bedroom and two comfort rooms.
Situated along McArthur Highway, the project provides easy access to Tarlac City proper and nearby municipalities.
The event kicked off with a motorcade around the key areas of Tarlac City followed by a Eucharistic celebration.
FIESTA Communities Chief Executive Officer and President Wilfredo M. Tan, Chief Operating Officer Patrick John Tan, Home Development Mutual Fund Department Manager III Josephine Reyes and FIESTA Communities official endorser Jimmy Santos led the launching of the model units.
“Level up po ang project na ito dahil ito ay malaki, malapit at sulit katulad ng iba nating binuksang proyekto dito sa Tarlac. Dito natin makikita ang mga couple unit at ang pinakabagong single detached unit na dito lang masisilayan sa Aguso, Tarlac. Patunay na we consistently innovate our product base sa kagustuhan ng ating market, ” Deputy Chief Operating Officer Philip Anthony Tan said in his opening remarks during the open house event last Saturday.
Regional Area Manager for Pampanga and Tarlac Melvin Jason Tan also partook in the ceremoniesn Miss FIESTA Communities 2018 Miss Jerry Loi Treyes, Loans Processing and Documentation Manager Ria Theresa Uy, Loans Processing and After Sales Head Freda Manalili and Senior Sales Supervisors Christina Santos and Allen Peña were also present.
FIESTA Communities Aguso comes after the feats of FIESTA Communities Tarlac in Barangay Matatalaib in 2009 and FIESTA Communities San Rafael in 2014.
