This traffic barrier along M.A. Roxas Highway in the Clark Freeport Zone, heavy as it is, was knocked down by strong, swirling winds during yesterday afternoon’s freak storm in Angeles City and Clark. The strong winds also tore the roof off hangars at the Air Force City and felled trees in a the area.
