Go Discover Clark Now!

This is the latest project of the lovely Gilda Padua which is set to be launched this September 8 in a bid to provide an efficient and affordable travel tour package for tourists at Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga.

It will be a rolling tour at Clark Freeport wherein tourists can book for only P1,200 minimum of 2 person to see the sights and sounds of the former US-run Clark Air Force Base.

It’s all about Clark’s history, people, lifestyle, innovation, business and technology that will be showcased in the rolling tour. Tourists would have the chance to visit all the historic places inside Clark.

Under the tour package, tourists will have a one hour tour at the Clark museum and film viewing at the world class 4D Theater of the Clark Development Corporation. A tour at the Parade Grounds, Barn Houses, CDC Offices, historical buildings, White House, Mimosa Filinvest Leisure Estate, Bicentennial park, Clark Sun Valley, F.A Korea Country Club, Fontana, The Villages, Nayong Pilipino, Industrial Complex and commercial area, K9 Cemetery and Lily Hill.

The tour package also includes a lunch at the Matam-Ih or Amante Restaurant at Royce Hotel.

Padua is also looking to expand the tour in the entire Pampanga Province in the coming months that will further promote the tourism industry in the area which is good for the communities.

“The idea here is to promote Clark as well as the entire Pampanga province as we are becoming one of the premier tourists destination in the country due to the fact the government have prioritized the development of the Clark International Airport,” she added.

A unified ticketing system to the expressway particularly at the North Luzon expressway and South Luzon expressway would mean a seamless travel experience for motorists that will further ease traffic congestions at ticketing booths.

This move is being pushed by the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and is expected to bring together the managements of expressways in order to have a unified ticketing system.

Hope this project will be realized in the coming months so as to have an efficient ticketing system at the expressways.
