Hype your dine-in experience with this grill’s ambient feels and undeniably flavor-packed Filipino dishes perfect for family gatherings, barkada catch-ups or teammate bondings.
Dinio’s Grill owned and managed by couple Lollybell and Fer Dinio of Angeles City first opened its ‘pang-masang kainan at inuman” to the public last March of 2018.
Thinking of it as a typical grill which serves charcoal-cooked meat on sticks or sizzling plates and sub-zero beers? Yes, it is less of that as most of the customers flock in family groups longing for food options kids can also enjoy.
Spicy Tofu, Nachos, Sisig, Sizzling Squid, Crispy Kare-Kare and Carnivore Combo are among their house specials. Oops! I missed to mention their sinfully good Crispy Pata and ever tender Ribs and Steak.
“Mas buri da reng tau ing mamangan keni kesa miminum (People would go after for food than drink beer),” Ferlan Dinio, son of the owners said.
At least a bottle or two is not bad after a splendid meal. Well, you can enjoy both! The choice is yours.
Call center agents, bank personnel, motorcycle riders club are among the loyal patrons of the grill – not mentioning the big family tree of Dinio clan who are also active clients of this dining place.
Just a quick history, you might have heard about the Dinios of Rizalian or Agapito Del Rosario in Angeles City from which Ricardo ‘Kadok’ Dinio, the first to cook Kapampangan Sisig was known for. It was only after the death of Apung Kadok that his competitor Aling Lucing Cunanan popularized the original sisig on a sizzling plate and the latter was history.
This, no doubt, why Dinios are known as good cooks, which I supposed they inherited from the late Apung Kadok and his forefathers or nevertheless all for the love for good food.
Be part of the hype! Experience Dinio’s Grill good food to feel good.
