Hausland Group added a feather on its cap as the leading Kapampangan homegrown developer in North and Central Luzon after bagging twin awards in the recently concluded Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards Night held at Makati Shangri-la, Makati City organized by the International Real Estate Federation – Philippines, Inc. or FIABCI Philippines, Inc.
Mansfield Residences, a project of Hausland Development Corporation, gained the gold in Residential Low-Rise Category while its affiliate company, FIESTA Communities, Inc., received gold in Residential-Affordable Housing Category with FIESTA Communities Castillejos as the winning project.
This recognition marks the second win for both companies as they have won last year in the same categories for two other residential developments.
The awards serve as Hausland Group’s crusade in fulfilling their vision of enriching lives and empowering the Filipino family.
