BALANGA CITY — The Hausland Development Corporation (HDC) is scheduled to have the groundbreaking ceremony for the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) Central Terminal on the first quarter of the year 2020.
This was revealed during a recent news briefing of AFAB Chairman and Administrator Emmanuel Pineda with the Bataan press at the Crown Royale Hotel in Balanga City.
The signing ceremony between the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan and Hausland Development Corporation (HDC) for HDC’s contract of lease and registration agreement en route to the construction of the FAB Central Terminal was held last November 2019 at the AFAB Administration Building, in Mariveles, Bataan.
The FAB Central Terminal, according to Pineda, aims to centralize the transport system within the Freeport and neighboring areas, leading to a more efficient transport system.
“The central terminal shall also be host to a myriad of commercial establishments which shall lend itself to more opportunities for the community,” Pineda said.
Signatories of the documents were AFAB Chairman and Administrator Emmanuel D. Pineda, AFAB Deputy Administrator for Operations Alewijn Aidan K. Ong, HDC President and CEO Wilfredo M. Tan and Senior Vice President for Operations Architect Amado Viray.
Hausland Development Corp. is part of the Hausland Group, mainly a real estate group of companies consisting of Fiesta Communities Incorporated, Hausland Estate Management Incorporated, Dragonfruit Philippines Incorporated, and Villages Water Supply System Incorporated.
