HERMOSA, Bataan – Combined forces of the Hermosa Municipal Police, Bataan Provincial Intelligence Branch, Bataan Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Branch, Bataan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, Bataan Criminal Investigation and Detection Team and Dinalupihan Municipal Police have arrested the top 1 most wanted person of this 1st-class municipality in Barangay Pagalanggang of Dinalupihan town.
In a report from Police Senior Inspector Phoe Pangan Jr, OIC, chief of police of Hermosa MPS, the arrested person was identified as Arminggo Basiño, 64, single and a resident of Barangay Palihan, Hermosa, Bataan.
Basiño is also listed as no.9 in the provincial category of most wanted persons of Bataan and no.4 in most wanted person in Lambat Sibat list.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Amelita Cruz Corpuz of the Bataan RTC Branch 5, for the crime of Rape in relation to Republic Act 7610 or the Act Providing for Stronger Deterrence and Special Protection Against Child Abuse Exploitation and Discrimination, dated November 8, 2016.
Basiño was turned-over to Hermosa municipal police station for proper documentation and disposition.
