The pride of Pampanga and the Philippines, Cyrille Payumo, has been crowned Miss Tourism International 2019 in Malaysia on November 8.
Payumo also won Best in National Costume made by designer Rich Sabinian.
The Kapampangan beauty queen from Barangay Pulung Santol in Porac town is the fifth Filipina to win the said title.
