SM City Clark lights mystical Christmas tree to mark ‘malliday’ season

ANGELES CITY – SM City Clark kicked off the holiday season by lighting a mystical forest-themed Christmas tree at the mall’s Event Center 3 on November 8.

The SM Sparkling Mallidays celebration marks the happiest and brightest time of the year, according to Former SM City Clark now Regional Operations Manager Andrea Madlangbayan.

The said celebration was made more meaningful with the presence of Aeta kids from Porac town, to instill ‘giving’ to the less fortunate to everyone who witnessed the event.

In fact, the SM Bears of Joy, the charity program of SM Cares and Super Malls and Toy Kingdom, gave gifts and bears to the indigent Aeta beneficiaries.
They are encouraging everyone to buy a pair of bears for only P200. For every pair, one will be given to the orphans and indigent children of Angeles City and Porac town.

Darren Espanto and the Angeles University Foundation Concert Chorus showcased their singing talents by performing Christmas songs to the audience.

Officials from Angeles and Mabalacat City have also shown their full support to the holiday kick-off celebration with the attendance of Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting Councilors Doc Alfie Bonifacio and Raco Del Rosario, and Mabalacat City Acting Mayor Atty. Geld Aquino III, with Councilors Timmy Dee, Jun Castro, Jerry Magsino, Dwight Morales, and Noel Castro.

Also present during the SM Sparkling Mallidays celebration are SM SVP for Mall Operations Engr. Bien Mateo, and VP for North Luzon Junias Eusebio.
