Angeleña theater actress Joreen Moriah Bautista, who is set to play the role of Kim from the hit Broadway musical Miss Saigon, visits the Angeles City Hall during the Monday’s flag raising rites. The city council headed by Vice Mayor Bryan Matthew Nepomuceno presented a resolution commending the achievement of the theater actress. This is the second time that an Angeleña will be playing the role on the global stage after internationally-acclaimed broadway diva Lea Salonga.
