Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. and Rep. Jon Jazatin II receive a cheque for P1 million from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. after the situational briefing with regional line agencies at the Pampanga Provincial Capitol on Monday.
Marcos said the government will put into motion the dredging of the Pampanga River and other waterways as a short-term immediate response after the flooding of the North Luzon Expressway.
The Lazatin brothers have expressed their gratitude to Marcos for his support to residents of Angeles City and the First Congressional District.
