The City Government of Mabalacat initiates a livelihood training program for some 35 persons with disability (PWDs). Photo shows the PWDs who recently joined the livelihood training on the preparation of ‘dishwashing liquid.’ The livelihood training program was spearheaded by the Persons with Disability Affairs Office headed by Michael Miranda at the Sapphire Hall, Xevera Lot Only in Barangay Tabun, Mabalacat City. Mabalacat City Mayor Marino Morales has reaffirmed his continued support for the PWDs.
