BALANGA CITY — Land Transportation Office (LTO) is conducting free driving seminars in the province in a bid to boost the skills and knowledge of drivers.
Licensing Section Chief Carmelito Nacpil said bus companies and transport agencies may invite LTO to conduct seminars on defensive driving and road safety measures.
“We are consistently informing motorists on safety driving through seminars for free which is part of our activities to reduce road accidents,” Nacpil said during a radio interview.
He advised motorists that practicing defensive driving is the best way to prevent mishaps on the road.
“It is better to also look out for the safety of other motorists and pedestrians so we could prevent further accidents,” he added.
Nacpil also lauded Metro Bataan Development Authority (MBDA) for implementing strict road policies in the province.
“We are grateful that MBDA are helping us enforce road safety especially along the Roman Superhighway,” he said.
