A woman who owns a water refilling station was shot in the chest on Wednesday by two men on a motorcycle in Lubao, Pampanga.
The victim was identified as Maria Lourdes Batchinela-Dabu, 40, of Paralaya ll, Bgy. Sto. Tomas, Lubao, Pampanga.
Based on initial investigation, the two unidentified suspects on a plateless motorcycle appeared and the backrider alighted, entered the water refilling station and shot the victim twice in the chest.
The two then fled to an unknown direction after the gun attack.
The police were told that two unidentified suspects were wearing black sweat shirts, black jeans, black jackets and helmets.
The police immediately launched a dragnet operation to nearby police units and SOCO assistance for crime scene investigation.
