Mabalacat City lauds Texas Instruments-Clark for PPE donations

MABALACAT CITY – The city government on Tuesday lauded Texas Instruments-Clark for donating 350 personal protective equipment (PPEs) by Kamiseta for the city’s frontliners.

City Administrator Atty. Emmanuel Ignacio said TI’s donation is of great help for the safety of the frontliners, whose everyday routine is to safeguard people from COVID-19.

“Malaking tulong po ito para sa kaligtasan ng ating mga frontliners. Muli ay nagpapasalamat po ang city government lalong-lalo na ang ating butihing Mayor Cris Garbo sa lahat nang naitulong ng Texas Instruments sa ating siyudad,” Ignacio said.

Earlier, TI Clark aided the city with 7,500 kilos of rice; 3,000 pieces of surgical masks; 1,500 pairs of disposable medical gloves; 300 pieces of N95 masks; 300 pieces of safety goggles; and 270 pieces of face shields.

TI has always been committed to building stronger communities in Mabalacat, since majority of their employees are residing in the area.

TI produces analog and embedded semiconductor chips, which are used by customers to develop virtually every type of electronic system and enable critical technology, including life-saving medical equipment needed to fight COVID-19, and other infrastructures.
