Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago on Friday led the blessing and inauguration of the newly completed projects in Barangay Saguin as part of the local government of San Fernando’s community-based program dubbed ‘Kapihan sa Barangay.’
These projects include the improvement and construction of multi-purpose building, improvement and concreting of road, construction of slope protection and the installation of street lights.
Santiago also discussed the different programs of the city particularly for the youth, senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
Also present during the activity were the Barangay officials of Saguin headed by Captain Cristina Lagman, faculty members of Saguin Integrated School headed by Principal Arlene Cabrera and Office of Senior Citizen Affairs President Juan Castro.
