At this time of the year children everywhere are writing their Christmas wish list and are hoping that Santa will leave that special gift for them under the tree on Christmas morning.
But Christmas came a little early to the recipients of the Angels’ Dream 2018 as Midori Clark Hotel and Casino grants 800 Christmas wishes during the gift giving ceremony last December 18, 2018.
More than a month after the launch and hanging of wishes, some of the 800 kids are back to the hotel to receive their presents and fulfill their dreams. Aside from the kids who attended the gift-giving day, company representatives will personally visit schools in in Sapang Bato, Sitio Target and Monicayo, Haduan, Calapi, Macapagal and Marcos Village.
During the gift-giving day, a program was held for a complete Christmas treats for the kids. Midori’s Top management were present such as Midori Clark Hotel General Manager Vic Chan and Midori Clark Casino General Manager Mr. Manny Aure.
Assisted as well during the distribution are the Top Management of the Midori Clark subsidiaries, VIPs and queens of Ms. Midori Clark 2018.
‘Angels’ Dream’ come true
The gifts and dreams were fulfilled by the heaven-sent or the Midori Clark community, top management and sponsors.
During the distribution, Jumong Rogando, from Sapang Bato Elementary School shared his experience and delivered his gratitude speech.
“Kami po ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa mga biyayang ipinagkaloob ninyo sa amin. Sa oras pong ito ay umaapaw sa aming mga puso ang galak dahil ipinagkaloob kayo sa amin ng Poong Maykapal/Apu. Mula po sa aming mga batang Ayta,maraming-maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat.
Malaki ya halamat!”
Angels’ Dream
Angels’ Dream is the Corporate Social Responsibility program of Midori Clark Hotel and Casino. Launched in 2016, the program granted the wishes of about 300 Aeta kids during its first year and 600 wishes last 2017.
On its third year the program aims to beat 2017 record by fulfilling the wishes of 800 Aeta kids. Angels’ Dream aims to make the Yuletide Season even brighter, more meaningful and something that always leaves a jolly mark on the heart.
