Midori Clark Hotel and Casino President Irineo Alvaro Jr. has been pump-priming real estate developments in Central and Northern Luzon which he described as “a new era of growth.”
Alvaro addressed the Filipino community during a gathering of Circulo Pampangueno in Michigan, US where the Midori Group conducted a roadshow presentation.
Alvaro provided updates in Philippine business climate particularly in the North of Luzon under the new Duterte administration.
The Midori Group has also reiterated its confidence in the potentials of the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga province being the first five star hotel to locate in the area. “We are certain that given the infrastructure priorities of the new government, it is inevitable that the economic growth trend is towards the north,” Alvaro said.
“Given the new era of growth, we have decided to venture in building themed-residential condominiums and recreational-commercial facilities that will set a benchmark in urban development — The MIREJ Hotel and Luxury Residences at MEDAL Tower,” according to Alvaro.
Prospects of a rosy Philippine economy also gave birth to MEDAL Consortium founded by Marquez Mercado, Jeffrey Del Mundo, Irineo Alvaro, Edwin Lim, and Ricarte Mercado. The consortium is committed to change the landscape of the region’s real estate development.
