Mabalacat City Mayor Marino Morales (seated in blue jacket) attends the graduation rites of 40 Mabalaquenos who finished training program on ‘Cellphone, Appliance and Computer Repair’. The two-month vocational course was offered by the Angeles City Clark Balibago Lions Club of District 301-D2 (ACCBLC) in coordination with the Serving our Underprivileged & Less Fortunate (SOUL) Group, Inc., City Government of Mabalacat led by Mayor Marino Morales and the Multi-sectoral Alliance of Mabalacat. With Morales are SOUL Chairman Victor Cusi, Past District Governor (PDG) Imelda Flores, Lions Club President Tess Dungao, ACCBLC Acting President Claire Whitaker, Colonel Emmanuel Arrozal and PDG Sol Wilfredo Flores and Sol Flores.
