Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC) President and CEO Emigdio Tanjuatco III (center) is given a briefing by Office for Transportation Security (OTS) Supervisor Heintjie Ho (L) about the new security screening equipment issued by the OTS to the Clark International Airport (CRK). The equipment includes two Smiths Detection IONSCAN 500DT capable of detecting and identifying explosives and narcotics and a CEIA EMA Series Multi-Spectrum Electromagnetic Analyzer designed for the analysis of liquid containers and their contents to detect the possible presence of explosive precursors and explosive liquids. The equipment will be installed at the Clark International Airport for added security. With them are CIAC Assistant Vice President for Corporate Social Services Atty.
