Governor Lilia Pineda has again suspended classes in all levels, public and private, in the entire province for tomorrow, August 17, due to heavy rains and increasing number of flooded areas. Work in offices at the Provincial Capitol Compound is likewise suspended.
The city government of Angeles City, as of 9 p.m., has also declared a suspension of classes due to an orange rainfall warning.
